Our client specialises in online training for business professionals and large organisations through experiential learning. They prepare and teach leaders to develop new skills in a safe environment that reflects real-world situations in compressed timeframes through simulations. They approached us to help increase inbound leads and interest in their services.

The goal:

Build a list of leads that the sales team could then qualify and outreach to with tailored services.

Our method.

  1. We helped create a number of downloadable resources that would provide our target audience with real value. In return for this resource, they would have to leave us information including their profession and contact details, which the sales team could then qualify and follow up on.
  2. Once this was live, we created a series of highly targeted Google Ads Campaigns targeting keywords related to the products our client offered.
  3. We managed our pay per click campaigns over a 3 month period, and through a series of optimisations we were able to increase the amount of leads we got each day, whilst significantly reducing how much each lead cost
  4. All our results were recorded in a Live Google Data Studio report which provides on the minute updates for the client to review


A 3-month campaign generated the following results:

  • 2695 PDF downloads
  • 3.75% click-through rate
  • 14.3% conversion rate
  • £5.70 cost per conversion
