Digital Marketing Executive

What are we looking for?

At Minty Digital, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, liaising between our technical departments, delivery team and clients.

The successful candidate will work across our full suite of services – paid media, organic search, content marketing and web dev. A strong understanding of all these products is essential, as well as at least two years’ experience in a similar client-facing position.

The role will include the commercial management of a selection of client relationships; with a focus on maintaining and growing campaigns.

Precise attention to detail, the capacity to effectively multitask and demonstrable experience with budget management are all essential to the role. Furthermore, the successful candidate will also be able to showcase a natural ability to organise and manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

A strong understanding of Analytics and marketing tools is essential. The successful candidate should be able to analyse data from these tools, and use the information to build report and make data driven recommendations for our clients.

A Digital Marketing Executive needs to perform these main activities, among others:
  • Manage, review, and oversee the day-to-day customer account responsibilities
  • Managing weekly and monthly client calls independently and contributing to strategies
  • Ability to work with both in-house and remote teams, ensuring tasks are delivered
  • Reporting to managing directors
  • Collaborating with team members across different platforms to provide seamless customer satisfaction
  • Curate, plan and publish well articulated content
  • Hands-on experience working with Google Ads
  • Hands-on experience working with Facebook Ads
  • Build relationships with third parties for Press Releases and Guest Posting opportunities, alongside others
  • Paying particular attention to and incorporating any significant Google algorithmic changes, and digital marketing trends
  • Contributing to company growth and branding through blog entries and on-site SEO for Minty Digital
  • Time management skills that will help you work with multiple clients and their important deliverables
  • Someone who keeps up to date with industry trends
  • You will have tangible experience in working on Digital Marketing campaigns for multiple national or international clients, with measurable evidence of your success
  • Experience across a variety of sectors within the SEO field including Tech SEO, Link building, influencer marketing, Site audits and implementing marketing strategies
  • Someone who is confident in taking client calls and discussing reports/ strategies
  • Native level of English and ability to write and publish content, which is optimised for search engines
  • Negotiating new products, contract extensions and opportunities with clients.
  • Assisting with customer proposals
  • Liaising with key partners to build out and identify new opportunities.

Minimum professional requirements
In order to receive applications from the highest quality of clients, we are seeking the following skills.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in Digital Marketing
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • BA degree in a relevant field such as Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Advertising (preferred but not required)
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Demonstrate experience working on marketing campaigns, and results
  • Certification in AdWords and Bing (preferred but not required)
  • Google Docs and Google Drive native – we are using this platform for spreadsheets and documents
  • Native English both spoken and written
  • Furthermore, you must be able to sign a 6-month UK contract (later to be transitioned to a Spanish Contract)
